Sometimes, we need a healthy distraction from the stressors of this world.  It can be a daunting task to simply, maintain.  With so many high-anxiety induced things happening, positive interruptions for balance and centering are always needed.  So, take a few minutes to review the following 22 things to ponder and share your thoughts.  Hopefully, you’ll feel lighter as you read each number.

  1. Hard days are still worth living.

  2. Regardless of what was said or done, there is still good in you.

  3. Disagreements should not bring permanent separation.

  4. Get back to creating. 

  5. Flaws only exist when making comparisons.  You are perfectly you.

  6. There’s no price tag to your value, but there’s no harm in watching others attempt to compensate.

  9. Don’t assume expectations will be met without discussing them.

  10. Value what you value but know why you value them.
